Proctor Memorial BuildingScheduled for Saturday, July 13, 2024

Utica, N.Y. - Oneida County History Center will host an open house at the Proctor Memorial Building. This historical landmark located in downtown Utica at Bagg Commemorative Park will be open for tours on July 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Visitors will explore the rich history of the building that was once the site of many important events in the city.

Skaneateles Antique Boat ShowSkaneateles, N.Y. - When the Antique and Classic Boat Show sails into town, it will be with many boats—and exhibitors—new to Skaneateles.

Part of the Governor’s Summer Campaign to Help Kids and Families “Get Offline, Get Outside”

Governor Kathy Hochul today announced New York State Park pool attendance increased by over 65 percent between July 4 – July 7 after the Governor made State Park pool access free all summer as a part of her “Get Offline, Get Outside” campaign. Overall State Park attendance also increased by 30 percent over the holiday weekend, from 2.2 million visitors in 2023 to 2.8 million this year.
