Binghamton, N.Y. – The Binghamton University Ballroom Dance Association will host its annual ballroom competition, Binghamton Ballroom Dance Revolution, on Saturday, March 22, at MacArthur Elementary School, located at 1123 Vestal Ave, Binghamton. The event, which runs throughout the day, is free and open to the public.
The Binghamton Ballroom Dance Revolution provides an opportunity for dancers from various universities to compete in four styles and 19 different dances. Competitors will perform in front of professional ballroom judges, who will evaluate their technique, artistry and overall performance before determining final placements.
Founded in 1993, the Ballroom Dance Association has cultivated a welcoming and supportive environment for students passionate about ballroom dance. The organization offers both a social club and a competitive team, which proudly represents Binghamton University at collegiate ballroom competitions across the East Coast.
