Welcome to the Bistro! We're located at 59 Main Street in the heart of downtown, New Paltz, New York. We serve breakfast and lunch in a comfortable, casual atmosphere. We specialize in eclectic American and Vegetarian cuisine, but our varied menu features a wide range of dishes for every taste. The Bistro's extensive beer and wine list contains some of the most interesting and unusual bottles from around the globe. Our in-house bakery provides us with wonderful, freshly-baked breads, muffins, brownies, pies and many other delicious treats!
